These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PinJolt application and website at pinjolt.com ("Service"), operated by PinJolt ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PinJolt is a Pinterest pin scheduling tool that allows users to create and publish pins from blog content. The Service integrates with Pinterest's API, Google Sheets, and Google Drive to automate pin creation and scheduling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use PinJolt. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Account & Access

To use PinJolt, you must:

• Have a valid Pinterest account
• Authorize PinJolt to access your Pinterest account via OAuth
• Provide accurate information when configuring your sites and content sources

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PinJolt in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies, including Pinterest's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. You may not use PinJolt to:

• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate Pinterest's content policies or community guidelines
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Circumvent Pinterest's rate limits or API restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Pinterest API Compliance

PinJolt operates in accordance with Pinterest's API Terms of Service. You acknowledge that:

• Pinterest may modify or revoke API access at any time
• PinJolt's functionality depends on continued access to the Pinterest API
• We are not responsible for changes Pinterest makes to their platform or API
• Your use of PinJolt does not create any relationship between you and Pinterest

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through PinJolt, including pin titles, descriptions, images, and URLs. By using the Service, you grant PinJolt a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the scheduling service.

7. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through PinJolt to your Pinterest account. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content. You must ensure that all content you publish complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third party's rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. PinJolt may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or delays in pin publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinJolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of traffic, revenue, or business opportunities
• Pins that fail to publish or are published incorrectly
• Suspension or termination of your Pinterest account
• Changes to Pinterest's API or platform policies

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinJolt and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PinJolt at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service. You may stop using PinJolt at any time by disconnecting your Pinterest account and removing your site configurations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
